What is your title? Describe what you do.
I am a clinical supervisor. I support my clients and their families to live their best lives! I see myself as a coach and a cheerleader.
“Behavioral Framework has an incredible network of supports for every single position in the company. There is always someone you can reach out to for support.”

Clinical Supervisor
What drew you to Behavioral Framework?
I wanted to start my career as a BCBA in a position where I felt empowered, believed in, supported, and motivated. Upon interviewing with Behavioral Framework’s leadership team, I immediately felt all those things. I knew working at Behavioral Framework was the right decision for me.
What are the most rewarding parts of your job?
Client progress, of course. Just this week, one of my clients said “momma” for the first time. Seeing the parent’s eyes water with happiness and my client’s face brighten with pride, makes every challenge beyond worth the hard work!
What advice would you give to someone looking to pursue a role like yours? Are there specific character traits or skills/certifications they should possess?
The role of a BCBA clinical supervisor can be both incredibly rewarding and incredibly challenging – it’s usually both at the same time. It is important that we practice the same self-care and self-love that we teach our clients so that we can provide the best quality services day in and day out.
What do you like best about Behavioral Framework?
Behavioral Framework has an incredible network of supports for every single position in the company. There is always someone you can reach out to for support.
Would you recommend someone to work at Behavioral Framework? And why?
Absolutely! If you want to be part of a team of passionate and hard-working professionals, I encourage you to join the BF team. You will be inspired to become a better clinician and manager, and you will be provided with the tools to do so!
