Monica Kelly serves as an Associate Clinical Director for Behavioral Framework. She realized her passion for working with children while growing up as a competitive figure skater in Erie Pennsylvania while working for Gliding Stars of Erie, an adaptive ice-skating program that provides individuals with disabilities the opportunity to develop their personal potential through ice skating.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Education as well as her Master of Special Education with Autism Endorsement from Slippery Rock University. She continued her education by receiving her Certificate of Applied Behavioral Analysis from George Mason University while working as an Alternative Curriculum Teacher for a local Elementary school before starting her career as a BCBA in Charleston, SC.
Throughout Monica’s career, she has gained experience working in school and in-home settings. She has presented on Ways to Increase Engagement During Remote Learning through Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Autism Center Lunch and Learn Program.
Monica continues to be is inspired by her team and the opportunity to support individuals diagnosed with autism and their families through increased access to information.
