My job title is Clinical Supervisor. I oversee a caseload of children on the Autism Spectrum. Using evidence-based practices, my job is to analyze areas of growth and teach pivotal skills so that my clients may achieve a happy and fulfilling life.

What drew you to Behavioral Framework?

I have heard incredible things about the company from other behavior analysts in the field. As I learned more about Behavioral Framework, I realized that the company’s core values closely aligned with mine. These values extend to their passion and dedication for their clients, families, and employees.

What are the most rewarding parts of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job is helping my clients reach significant and meaningful outcomes through evidence-based practices and data driven decisions. I love working closely with the families while providing a strong layer of support and care as they strive to meet their own goals for their children. In addition, I love coaching and training my supervisees. It is a passion of mine to assist in the development of their own personal growth and ultimately promoting confidence in their skillset.

What advice would you give to someone looking to pursue a role like yours? Are there specific character traits or skills/certifications they should possess?

A certified BCBA is essential to this position. I believe this job requires an individual who loves working closely with people. This job entails more than just a dedication to your clients but also to the families and technicians that you serve. In addition, I believe the role requires strong organizational and analytical skills.
