2. What drew you to Behavioral Framework?

I was attracted to Behavioral Framework initially because I saw that it was a growing company, and I was excited to learn and grow along with it. Behavioral Framework’s positive company culture and emphasis on work/life balance is also something I connected with and value.

3. What are the most rewarding parts of your job?

I enjoy collaborating with so many brilliant clinicians to ensure that treatment outcomes continue to improve for our clients. The best part of my job is that I get to see many of the clients’ progress within the company that I either assessed or supervised when working on their treatment plans with their current supervisor. Seeing all the progress makes my work feel even more meaningful.

4. What advice would you give to someone looking to pursue a role like yours? Are there specific character traits or skills/certifications they should possess?

A BCBA and LBA certification are required for this role. In this role, time-management, collaboration, and organization are key. The ability to analyze client data and make data-based decisions to individualize client treatment and maximize client outcomes is another skill a Clinical Quality Auditor should have. As we engage with a variety of professionals within and outside of the company, communicating professionally is also a must.

5. What do you like best about Behavioral Framework?

I love so many things about this company, but I would say the best thing is how valued I feel working here. I have worked in 3 different positions within the company and have felt respected, recognized, and valued in each one.

6. Would you recommend someone to work at Behavioral Framework? And why?

I wholeheartedly recommend working at Behavioral Framework and have already done so! I truly cherish the meaningful work that we do and the clients we serve. Our team is simply amazing! My time here has been incredibly rewarding, and choosing to work at Behavioral Framework is undeniably one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
