2. What drew you to Behavioral Framework?
Behavioral Framework intrigued me due to the various clients and the diversity of the families we serve. There are so many different cultures and backgrounds we work with that I feel that I learn something new every day.
3. What are the most rewarding parts of your job?
The most rewarding part of my job is seeing a child flourish in their communication. Watching a child for the first time realize they can get what they need by using their words is truly amazing. Whether it is vocals, signs, or PECS, seeing the progress they make and the families being able to connect more with their child is what really makes my job so rewarding.
4. What advice would you give to someone looking to pursue a role like yours? Are there specific character traits or skills/certifications they should possess?
My advice is to work on play skills! You can get so much out of a kiddo by relating to them simply by playing. Being fun and engaging, organized and structured is what will help to teach and maintain this skill.

What I like best about Behavioral Framework is the collaborative environment. I truly enjoy working with such talented and supportive colleagues. This team makes it such a positive and fun place to work.

Yes, I would and I have recommended people to come to Behavioral Framework. The passion across the board to give the best treatment is what motivates me to work harder each week. The company has so many different growth opportunities. You get to be exposed to new challenges regularly, with a supportive team nearby to help you develop professionally and personally.
