1. What is your title? Describe what you do.
I am a clinical supervisor (BCBA) at Behavioral Framework. I develop individual treatment plans and protocols for each client and their families using ABA principles. I also provide support to the Behavior Technicians for each client, and work in tandem with them and the families to provide the best services possible.

2. What drew you to Behavioral Framework?
From the start of my journey with Behavioral Framework, I knew I was going to be supported in my role which would allow me to thrive as a BCBA, and in return, allow my clients and their families to thrive as well. Everyone at Behavioral Framework works as a team, regardless of their role in the company.
3. What are the most rewarding parts of your job?
The most rewarding part of my job is seeing my families and clients realize how many things are in fact possible! Watching clients realize how much they are capable of, and their faces fill with pride is unlike anything else. And seeing parents grow in their own ways and realizing that they too, can do hard things, is such an amazing feeling!
4. What advice would you give to someone looking to pursue a role like yours? Are there specific character traits or skills/certifications they should possess?
Being a BCBA is no easy feat. However, it is the most rewarding thing I could ever imagine. Having patience and empathy with you clients and families, as well as with yourself will make all the difference!
5. What do you like best about Behavioral Framework?
My favorite thing about Behavioral Framework is how passionate everyone is about their role. From HR, Clinical Directors, Clinical Supervisors to our techs. Everyone here is amazingly supportive of everyone, and it really feels like I am a part of a team.
6. Would you recommend someone to work at Behavioral Framework? And why?
Absolutely! I have only had great experiences, and a large part of that is the environment in which I work. It is amazing to work for a company that puts not only it’s clients first, but also its employees. They truly give you all the tools and supports to help you and clients succeed.
