1. What is your title? Describe what you do.
I am a Clinical Support Supervisor. I provide extra supervision and parent training to clinical supervisors for clients on their caseloads. I assist with case start up, intake assessments, and reauthorization assessments. I provide BCBA supervision for aspiring BCBAs. I support incoming clinical supervisors new to the company through session shadowing. I also manage a
small caseload of my own.

3. What are the most rewarding parts of your job?
The most rewarding part of my job is being able to work in multiple capacities within the company throughout the many phases of the therapy process to ensure quality treatment is provided. Support Supervisors are the nucleus of the company and it’s truly rewarding to be a part of such a pivotal team.
4. What advice would you give to someone looking to pursue a role like yours? Are therespecific character traits or skills/certifications they should possess?
Someone looking to pursue a position as a Support Supervisor should possess flexibility, adaptability, and patience. Good organizational and interpersonal skills are also crucial.
