What drew you to Behavioral Framework?
From the beginning, I could tell that Behavioral Framework would be a great place to work. Their commitment to excellence and quality is unmatched. I feel supported, valued, and like I truly make a difference in the lives of the families we service.
What are the most rewarding parts of your job?
Celebrating the small victories is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. A caregiver reaching out expressing that their child said a new word, or a teacher giving me a call to share some good news are the little things that can make a regular day feel extra special.
What advice would you give to someone looking to pursue a role like yours? Are there specific character traits or skills/certifications they should possess?
Empathy is an important trait to possess as a behavior analyst. A large part of my role is working closely with individuals who are often stressed and worried about their children. Being approachable, genuine, and able to balance compassion while still maintaining an unbiased and professional demeanor is essential to success.
What do you like best about Behavioral Framework?
The company culture is the best thing about Behavioral Framework. The sense of community and teamwork is obvious from the start. Our team is full of caring and compassionate individuals, and I feel fortunate to be a part of it.
Would you recommend someone to work at Behavioral Framework? And why?
Absolutely! My experience with Behavioral Framework has been exceptional from my very first interaction with Angela our CCO several years ago. I love being a part of this team and making a difference in the lives of the clients we serve and the behavior technicians that I work with.
