What is your title? Describe what you do.

As a Director of Operations at Behavioral Framework, I do what I love most: I oversee the people and system operations in the company. I manage an incredible admin team: we recruit the best talent, provide a smooth onboarding experience, foster positive employee relations, and ensure business compliance and accurate payroll processing. Besides promoting a great company culture, I build and scale new processes that guarantee consistency. I always look for opportunities to improve and make our operations more efficient and user-friendly.

What drew you to Behavioral Framework?

The leadership and the mission of the company. My personal values have never felt so aligned with a leadership outlook. The community we serve and the services we provide are very meaningful and rewarding. We are compassionate, we care sincerely, we hold ourselves to a very high standard, we work hard, and we like to have fun.

What are the most rewarding parts of your job?

There is nothing more touching than a thankful email from a family about their child’s progress or a happy employee.

What advice would you give to someone looking to pursue a role like yours? Are there specific character traits or skills/certifications they should possess?

As a leader, developing relationships built on trust, transparency, and respect with your team and vendors is essential. Always do right by people. Do not settle – look to improve; be humble but confident, and never stop learning. And get your PHR.
