2. What drew you to Behavioral Framework?

The most rewarding part of my job is seeing new Behavior Technicians really build a trustful relationship with their clients. Seeing them understand and incorporate any feedback given makes me feel confident when training others. Another reward is going back to sessions I helped get started, and seeing and hearing about all the progress this client has made.

4. What advice would you give to someone looking to pursue a role like yours? Are there specific character traits or skills/certifications they should possess?

For anyone looking to purse a role like mine, I would recommend acquiring their RBT certification first and working hard to build relationships with not only clients but their parent/caregivers as well. I feel I have gained so many skills by talking with parents and understanding even more about the client. Lastly, keeping a positive attitude and friendly demeanor are character traits I have noticed put parents at ease.
