1. What is your title? Describe what you do.
My title is Payroll and Human Resources Specialist. I am part of the team that processes our bi-weekly payroll for all employees. I also have other responsibilities, such as writing employment verification letters and assisting employees with navigating our human resources and scheduling systems.

I wanted to be part of a company with an important mission that is filled with kind, passionate employees who all work towards goals that improve the lives of others. I believe Behavioral Framework has these qualities in abundance.
3. What are the most rewarding parts of your job?
Seeing employees grow with the company. I’ve seen many employees start as technicians and progress to become care coordinators and clinical supervisors.
4. What advice would you give to someone looking to pursue a role like yours? Are there specific character traits or skills/certifications they should possess?
Regardless of education or certifications, the two most important skills are attention to detail and the ability to communicate information clearly to employees. Many of the other skills and knowledge can be learned on the job.

The employees! Everyone is kind and friendly, and care deeply for the company’s mission.
