Quality Assurance Specialist. I do audit tasks such as Session Notes and CR Institute Binders. I also help with some of the Onboarding Coordinator tasks.

2. What drew you to Behavioral Framework?
What drew me to BF is I think my curiosity on how children with Autism function in the real world. Because where I’m from, Autism is not that recognized.
3. What are the most rewarding parts of your job?
The most rewarding part of my job is when I’m auditing ‘Session Notes’ and reading about the progress of a client. It makes my heart happy and proud.
4. What advice would you give to someone looking to pursue a role like yours? Are there specific character traits or skills/certifications they should possess?
One advice I would give is to be consistent/seamless with what you do. You must be a fast learner and love to read.

What I like about Behavioral Framework is that we are a diverse company and despite our cultural differences we still unite as a team.

100%. Because here in Behavioral Framework, they treat you as their own family. BF is my third family away from home.
