What drew you to Behavioral Framework?
I was looking to grow professionally and came across Behavioral Framework when job seeking. I liked that they were a smaller company, and when Angela interviewed me, I was drawn to how genuinely passionate she sounded about Behavioral Framework’s Mission.
What are the most rewarding parts of your job?
Progress with clients, as well as progress with my technicians. It’s incredibly fulfilling watching my clients and technicians grow. I love celebrating accomplishments with families. Even small accomplishments can have a significant impact on the daily lives of the families I work with, and that is very rewarding.
What advice would you give to someone looking to pursue a role like yours? Are there specific character traits or skills/certifications they should possess?
I would advise sharpening your organizational skills. The more organized you are, the less stressful your workload will be. I think it’s important to be able to think on your feet, problem solve, and be creative.
What do you like best about Behavioral Framework?
Their emphasis on professional growth and teamwork. It’s an incredibly supportive environment.
Would you recommend someone to work at Behavioral Framework? And why?
Yes I would. I know I have grown professionally with this company, and I am a better BCBA and supervisor because of it.
