1. What is your title? Describe what you do.
Clinical Director. My role includes a variety of tasks, but my main task is supporting and overseeing a group or amazing Clinical Supervisors. Day to day I support my team with clinical and administrative needs. I also support my Clinical Supervisors with gaining skills to make them successful and independent in their role which in turn ensures that as a team we are providing elite and quality ABA services across their caseloads.
I truly appreciated that Behavioral Framework was finding ways to break barriers and support as many families as they could in this area.

2. What drew you to Behavioral Framework?
When I first joined Behavioral Framework, I saw it as an opportunity to make a difference in a location where ABA was a huge need. Coming from South Florida where ABA was easily accessible it was such a shock to me that it wasn’t the case everywhere. I truly appreciated that Behavioral Framework was finding ways to break barriers and support as many families as they could in this area. After I interviewed and saw how passionate the team was, I knew this was something I wanted to be a part of.3. What are the most rewarding parts of your job?
3. What are the most rewarding parts of your job?
The most rewarding part of my job is hearing the positive stories from Clinical Supervisors and families about how many gains their client or child has made. Whether that be in something as simple as saying “hi” to something more complex like going on an airplane for the first time! I also love when my team shares excitement and motivation for meeting goals within their role; it is very rewarding to hear that they appreciate the support I provide and keeps me motivated.
4. What advice would you give to someone looking to pursue a role like yours? Are there specific character traits or skills/certifications they should possess?
There are so many but if I had to choose, two of the biggest traits would be communication and collaboration. I always remind myself that there is no “I” in team and without a strong foundation there is no success. Communicating and being able to collaborate with my team has made such a positive impact to both their satisfaction and their ability to support their own team effectively. Everyone brings a variety of skills and points of views that when highlighted and combined with others, open greater opportunities for positive change.
5. What do you like best about Behavioral Framework?
What I like best about Behavioral Framework is the opportunities for growth and building autonomy. I have grown so much during my time here and have encountered so many learning opportunities that have been beneficial for my professional and personal development. I also have a wonderful team and appreciate the culture and support that I am provided on the daily!
6. Would you recommend someone to work at Behavioral Framework? And why?
Absolutely, I already have! I have worked for many ABA companies throughout my career, and I have found Behavioral Framework to be a place where I have been challenged but also extremely supported. Our values and mission are instilled in the daily work we do and anyone that can align with that while giving themselves grace and room to learn and grow will thrive.
