Adetokunbo “Toks” Ajayi, MA, BCBA, LBA, ABA Program Director for Behavioral Framework, is Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst. She Toks has spent her career in the field working with individuals with developmental disabilities from infancy to transitioning to adulthood, in schools, at home, and in the community.
Toks earned her Master’s in Applied Psychology and Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Social Work from Rider University. While at Rider in 2014, Toks was awarded a McNair Research Scholar, where she pursued research on building functional communication in children with Autism. Since becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in 2017, Toks has focused her career on supporting families and individuals to achieve meaningful and life-changing milestones across critical developmental areas with an emphasis on family involvement.
She strongly believes interacting compassionately and collaboratively with families is key to success. Toks is inspired by the fact that her profession meets her passion by working hand-in-hand with individuals & their families towards tapping into their truest self & celebrating who the individual is at all stages of their life.
