Brittany Doan, MS, BCBA, LBA, LBS-PA, serves as the Clinical Director at Behavioral Framework. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Temple University with a goal of becoming a Speech Language Pathologist to one day help children learn how to speak.
She continued her education at West Chester University, completing a Pre-Graduate Certificate in Speech Hearing Science. During her time at West Chester, Brittany worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a verbal behavior classroom where she discovered the effectiveness of Applied Behavioral Analysis on increasing communication, igniting a change in her intended career path. Brittany completed her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Temple University thereafter.
Over the years, Brittany has gained experienced working in clinic, school, and home settings. She specializes in treating pediatric feeding disorders and has a true passion for training new BCBAs in the field. In 2022, she co-contributed to research presented at the Association for Behavior Analysis (ABAI) Conference on the Efficacy of and Unexpected Benefits in the Treatment of Pediatric Feeding Food Refusal Using a Fully Virtual Model.
Brittany continues to be inspired by the opportunity to support clients and their families to improve their quality of life.
