Trish Rich, MS, BCBA, LBA, Associate Clinical Director at Behavioral Framework, has over 21 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. She holds a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
She has extensive experience in school, home, and clinical settings and has developed training programs for educators, administrators and caregivers. Trish has an Organizational Behavior Management Certificate and was previously a Crisis Prevention Intervention Instructor. She has been recognized with the Davion Award of Excellence and an Impact Award from the Brevard County School Board. She has served as an adjunct instructor at the University of Central Florida and presented on the Basics of ABA at the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Conference and Decreasing Vocal Outbursts for Individuals with Tourette syndrome at the Florida Association for Behavioral Analysis (FABA) Conference.
She strongly believes in the power of ABA and is continuously inspired by caregivers who advocate for their child every day. Outside of the office, Trish spends time at home with her husband, two kids, three dogs, three cats, two goats, four chickens and their tortoise.
